You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund or an exchange.
Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
